Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proposal development/management experience, ideally with engineering or technical proposals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multi-stakeholder bids.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate drafting and editing.
• Proven ability to develop sales enablement materials such as client presentations and case studies.
• Excellent document design and ability to present data visually.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal workload from inception to submission with strong PM skills.
• Shape win themes, structure documents, and craft a compelling narrative with visuals.
• Create sales enablement content (presentations, case studies) to drive business.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline drafting, editing and content generation.
• Coordinate pricing inputs and ensure consistency across proposals.
