Job summary

Launch Potato, a remote-first BI-driven company, is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You will embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are acted on, not just built into dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with performance or affiliate marketing exposure.
• Own reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline to dashboard.
• Experience with messy third-party data and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong LookML or equivalent modeling in BI tools.
• Curiosity and business depth to become analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure across verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
• Embed with business teams from day one to uncover trends and drive decisions.
• Standardize dashboards and ensure analytics are self-serve and actionable.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, Account Management to align metrics.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, CAC, seasonality.
