Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to transform data into actionable insights for the Medicaid program and organizational leadership.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator with experience in analytics, data modeling, or BI. You will work with state stakeholders and internal teams to deliver robust reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with BA/BS or 3+ years with master's degree in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software; SQL, Python or R preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives and collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting applications using BI tools to meet reporting needs.
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting apps.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple sources.
• Adapt to evolving reporting requirements and new BI tools in a fast-growth organization.
• Lead analytics meetings with stakeholders and mentor teammates.
