Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and challenge the team with actionable insights. This is NOT a dashboard handoff role; it’s about driving use and impact.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data.
• Ownership of reporting and data literacy across teams.
• Performance marketing optimization linking data to business levers.
• Advanced LookML or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau.
• Curiosity and business depth to become analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Ensure work is used, understood, and acted on rather than just produced.
• Drive end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboard.
