Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and deliver enterprise-scale BI, analytics, and data warehousing solutions that empower data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will lead BI projects across domains, gather requirements with stakeholders, define KPIs, and deliver self-service insights using Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos, with strong SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake expertise.

Remote US based role with flexible work arrangements and Cognizant’s wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Reporting and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of BI and data warehousing solutions across multiple domains.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into scalable analytics.
• Architect and deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos to support enterprise decision-making.
• Design data models and data integration processes using SQL, Oracle, Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and promote BI governance.
