Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and deliver enterprise BI, data warehousing, and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will lead BI development, collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, and deploy reporting in Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos, with strong SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake expertise. This remote role supports qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of BI, data warehousing, reporting and analytics experience.
• End-to-end BI and data warehouse delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos.
• Advanced SQL; hands-on with Oracle and Snowflake.
• Ability to define KPIs with stakeholders and deliver self-service analytics.
• Experience designing enterprise data models, BI architectures and reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of BI and data warehousing solutions across domains.
• Partner with leaders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into analytics.
• Architect and deliver reporting/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos.
• Design data models and data integration processes using SQL, Oracle, Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership and support BI governance and best practices.
