Job summary

SPS is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, BI & Analytics to lead enterprise BI strategy, design, and delivery. The role requires 15+ years in BI, analytics, and data engineering, with leadership experience to drive cross‑functional teams and partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders.

The role will define the BI roadmap and deliver scalable analytics using Power BI, Fabric, Azure, and modern data platforms, including dashboards and executive reporting across global functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BI, analytics, and data engineering.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and enterprise BI projects.
• Experience partnering with Finance, HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning and execution of enterprise BI initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, HR and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Define and manage BI roadmap aligned with goals.
• Mentor and develop BI professionals, data engineers, and analysts.
• Design and deliver analytics using Power BI, Fabric, Azure, data lakes/warehouses/pipelines.
• Ensure successful project delivery with prioritization, estimation, and governance.
• Build executive dashboards and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Present status, risks, and updates to executives.
