Job summary

Haynes International is seeking a Senior Data Analyst Lead to design, implement, and manage analytics resources that enable reliable business intelligence. You will lead development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics for business partners, ensuring accessibility and integration across systems.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics and reporting, strong communication, and ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Participate as member of the core data management team creating an integrated, data-driven environment.
Develop and execute strategies to provide timely data and analysis for strategic initiatives.
Integrate our diverse data and reporting environments.
Apply quantitative expertise to business issues.
Assist with moving from Targit to Power BI.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure data flow for analysis and identify opportunities.
Oversee the data warehouse architecture and management, ensuring data integrity and incorporating new elements.
Work with Get2Insights on upgrading and improving Targit.
Diagnose and solve system and data issues in the data warehouse.
