Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Senior Manager, BI & Analytics to lead the enterprise BI strategy and the delivery of scalable analytics using Power BI, Fabric, and Azure. You will guide a team of BI professionals and data engineers, partnering with Finance and HR to deliver actionable insights across the organization.

You will shape the BI roadmap, mentor staff, and ensure governance and security while presenting updates to executives. Hybrid work is encouraged in this role in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or data analytics.
• 15+ years in BI, analytics, or data engineering.
• 5+ years leading technical teams on enterprise BI projects.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, Fabric, and Azure data tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI initiatives and define strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and stakeholders to translate needs into BI solutions.
• Define and manage BI roadmap aligned with goals.
• Mentor and develop BI professionals, data engineers, and analysts.
• Design and deliver analytics using Power BI, Fabric, Azure, and data pipelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery with proper planning and governance.
• Build executive dashboards and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
• Present status and strategic updates to executives.
