Job summary

CSP, a leading provider in lightweight composite components, seeks a BI Manager in Auburn to own the enterprise BI roadmap, partner with FP&A and Operations, and drive data governance and rollout of analytics across the business.

You will champion data literacy, manage dashboards, and ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines while delivering executive-ready insights and ROI across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 'front door' for all business requests for new dashboards, reports, and analytics—filtering, scoping, and prioritizing them into a single enterprise BI roadmap.
• Own the BI intake and prioritization process, balancing strategic initiatives against tactical requests with leadership.
• Develop and maintain the BI roadmap end-to-end including milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Roll out dashboards and BI capabilities with training, enablement materials, and office hours to ensure self-service adoption.
