Job summary

Lexia is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into timely reporting that shapes outcomes for go-to-market teams. You will partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to build dashboards, KPIs, and AI-enabled tools.

You will translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, deliver self-service insights, and ensure data quality across data models created by Analytics Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of analytical experience, preferably in sales, marketing, customer success, or business ops.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL for querying and validating data in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Redshift).
• Experience with curated data models from analytics engineering teams; familiarity with Dbt is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Excel.
• Experience creating dashboards and KPIs and with GTM analyses like attribution, pipeline, retention.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and improve Tableau dashboards and reports for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
• Develop KPIs, ensure consistency across reports, and support forecasting for planning.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue, customers, and operations to derive actionable recommendations.
