Job summary

Ledgebrook is seeking a Senior/Data Quality Analyst to lead data integrity efforts within the Product & Data team. You will collaborate with actuarial, finance, analytics, and compliance to ensure accurate reporting and strong data governance.

You will drive deep-dive investigations, build Power BI dashboards, and apply AI tools to streamline workflows in a fast-growing insurance tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing insurance data, supporting actuarial or finance functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for deep-dive analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
• Actuarial background or progress on actuarial exams.
• Root-cause data investigation with attention to detail to identify data inconsistencies.
• Startup ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard data quality by investigating and resolving inconsistencies across datasets.
• Support actuarial and financial reporting by validating data accuracy for reserving and modeling.
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools using Power BI and SQL queries.
• Integrate AI tools and automated pipelines to improve analytical efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Finance to align data definitions and support integrations.
• Own data quality initiatives in a high-growth setting.
