Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to translate data into timely reporting and analytics for go-to-market teams. You will craft dashboards and KPIs, partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and leverage AI-enabled tools to empower self-service insights.

You will work with Analytics Engineering on data models, write SQL, and ensure data quality while communicating findings to non-technical audiences with clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in an analytical role, preferably supporting sales, marketing or CS.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Redshift).
• Experience with curated data models; dbt is a plus.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and Excel.
• Proven dashboards, KPIs and data storytelling experience.
• GTMs analyses like attribution, scoring, pipeline or churn analytics; Python/R a plus.
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics and AI agents.
• Experience in SaaS B2B or B2G is preferred.
• Curiosity, problem solving, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Development: build and improve Tableau dashboards and reports for CS, Marketing and Sales.
• Develop KPIs and ensure consistency across reports with defined definitions.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting and forecasting for executives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: analyze revenue, customer and operations data; provide actionable recommendations.
• Data Models & Collaboration: use data warehouse sources, write SQL, request new data models with Analytics Engineering.
• Stakeholder Partnership: partner with business teams, manage expectations and priorities.
• Self-Service & AI Analytics: contribute to self-service dashboards and AI-enabled tools; follow governance.
