Job summary

Lexia is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to convert data into timely, actionable reporting that informs GTM strategies across Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales. You will translate business questions into analytics, build dashboards, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to enhance data models.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver KPI definitions, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools that scale insights for non-technical audiences while maintaining data governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytical role supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for GTM executives; define KPIs and ensure consistency across reports.
• Business Analysis & Insights: Analyze revenue, customer, and operational data; provide actionable recommendations and data storytelling.
• Data Models & Collaboration: Use data warehouse marts and SQL to explore and join data; partner with Analytics Engineering to improve data models.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; manage requests with clear timelines.
• Self-Service & AI-Enabled Analytics: Contribute to self-serve dashboards and AI agents; adhere to governance and drive automation.
