Snap Finance is seeking a Lead BI Analytics Engineer to drive an analytics ecosystem with high-impact dashboards, scalable data models, and robust data visualization. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure insights align with company goals.

You will architect data models, optimize SQL, and oversee Tableau governance while mentoring a growing team. A strong emphasis on AI-enabled BI and scalable processes is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics or related field.
• Deep SQL expertise for complex queries and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Expert Tableau and Excel skills for dashboards.
• Experience with star/snowflake data models and KPI alignment.
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable KPIs with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and BI integration.
• Interest in AI/automation within BI with governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership mindset for mentoring.
• R/Shiny experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of high-impact BI dashboards and visualizations.
