829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a highly technical BI Analyst to own the analytical layer for enterprise accounts, turning vast datasets into decision-grade insights.

You will work with BigQuery, Snowflake, Sigma; build BI environments in Power BI/Tableau; develop forecasting models and dashboards; collaborate with Strategy, Paid Media, and Client Services to drive revenue and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, BI, or data science.
• Expert-level SQL in client-owned warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Sigma).
• Advanced BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, row-level security.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads data structures.
• Experience with forecasting, time-series, or scenario-based modeling.
• Python or R for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize multi-source datasets into clear performance narratives.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue, spend, and KPIs.
• Create executive-ready dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
• Develop semantic data models and reusable datasets across clients.
• Validate data integrity across platforms and establish single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Paid Media, and Client Services to inform decisions.
