Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a highly technical, data-driven BI Analyst to support a small number of high-value enterprise accounts. You will own the analytical layer, generate performance insights, forecasts, and surface patterns that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital analytics or BI experience.
• Expert-level SQL in client-owned warehouses.
• Advanced BI data modeling and DAX skills.
• Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
• Python or R for analytics.
• Experience translating business questions.
• Strong communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with GTM and GA4 implementation.
• Experience with marketing mix modeling.
• ETL/ELT tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize large, multi-source datasets into performance narratives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on channel contrib, LTV, CAC, MER.
• Surface patterns using statistical methods on complex data.
• Translate data into revenue and growth insights.
• Inform testing roadmaps and budget decisions.
• Build and maintain forecasting models.
• Develop scenario models projecting opportunities.
• Apply time-series methods and regression techniques.
• Quantify the financial impact of audits and changes.
• Surface leading indicators of underperformance.
• Build BI dashboards in Power BI/Looker/Tableau/Sigma.
• Design semantic data models and reusable datasets.
• Establish single source of truth reporting.
• Optimize query performance and data refresh patterns.
• Query client warehouses with SQL.
• Develop attribution logic in warehouse layer.
• Adapt to varying data architectures across clients.
• Partner with client data teams on definitions and access.
• Support offline conversion pipelines via platform APIs.
