Job summary

Experior Financial Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to turn raw data into actionable insights, writing SQL queries and developing data models to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries on relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and star schemas for reporting.
• Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools and processes; familiar with financial services ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders across the business.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and aggregate data for reporting.
• Build and maintain data models with DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear visualizations.
