Job summary

Pegasystems, Inc. in Massachusetts (Remote with hybrid flexibility) seeks a Senior BI Analyst to partner with Consulting and Operations, designing, building, and maintaining Power BI reporting across consultant utilization, headcount, and profitability metrics.

You will own data governance and drive cross-functional reporting improvements, collaborating with leadership to deliver actionable insights. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and scalable BI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, or finance analyst building reporting in Power BI.
• Built and maintained Power BI reporting on profit and loss data from multiple sources, preferably in professional services or finance functions.
• Worked with senior leadership to advise on the health of a business.
• Proven ability to own projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models for Consulting leadership.
• Manage and communicate P&L analytics in Power BI for all Pega Consulting to drive profitability.
• Automate monthly and ad hoc financial reporting through Power BI datasets, scheduled refreshes, and paginated reports.
• Be a key member in the budget, planning & forecasting process.
• Design, develop, and deliver reporting using Excel, Power BI, HANA, and other in-house systems.
• Collaborate with the Consulting leadership to research, advocate, and implement business process improvements.
• Directly communicate with senior leadership about major profitability drivers.
• Support, collaborate, and lead with the Operations team on projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations team on reporting best practices.
