Experior Financial Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to build and maintain reports and dashboards that empower decision-making across the organization. You will work with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, write SQL, and design Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI (or comparable BI tool).
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries against relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and star schemas.
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with financial services operations preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Remote work authorization for USA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders across the business.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against relational databases to extract, join, and aggregate data for reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain data models (DAX measures and calculated columns) powering dashboards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear visualizations.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines to keep reporting data accurate and up to date.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies between sources and reports.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and dashboard usage for maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline reporting.
