Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze data, create insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics, and own initiatives end-to-end within a complex enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes working across enterprise data, governance, and reporting with strong technical and business skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise data/analytics environments.
Experience owning projects end-to-end with stakeholder impact.
Ability to translate requirements into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Transform complex data into clear visualizations and reports.
Source and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using Alteryx/Tableau Prep.
Develop automated data workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
Create BI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau and related tools.
Coordinate contract resources across multiple projects and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics needs into solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
Document BI processes and procedures for sustainability.
