Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that inform strategic decisions across the enterprise. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics and scalable reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Power BI, and Tableau, plus a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver value through analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, business, information systems, computer science, finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technology-related discipline.
• Relevant certifications or professional training in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, data preparation, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into clear, easily understandable visualizations, reports, and insights that enable informed business decision-making.
• Source, profile, cleanse, transform, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and similar tools to create analytics-ready datasets.
• Develop and maintain automated data preparation and transformation workflows to improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency across reporting and analytics processes (emphasizing Alteryx).
• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Coordinate and provide day-to-day direction to contract resources across multiple concurrent projects, aligning with business priorities and timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics needs into actionable solutions and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI and analytics activities.
• Document BI processes, methodologies, workflows, and procedures to support consistency and long-term sustainability.
