Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision support across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to design insights, dashboards, and analytics solutions that align with business goals and governance standards.

The role requires strong technical depth in Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Power BI, and Tableau, plus the ability to own projects end-to-end in a complex environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Data Office or similar analytics environments.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to gather, clarify, translate, and document business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical teams.
• Self-starter who can work independently and build partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into clear visuals, reports, and insights for informed decisions.
• Source, profile, cleanse, transform data from multiple enterprise systems with Alteryx/Tableau Prep.
• Develop automated data workflows to improve data quality and efficiency, emphasizing Alteryx.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Coordinate day-to-day guidance to contract resources across projects with alignment to timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI activities.
• Document BI processes for long-term sustainability.
