Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise data/analytics environments.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work across teams.
• Ability to navigate complex data environments across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into clear visualizations, reports, and insights for decision-making.
• Profile, cleanse, transform data from multiple systems using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and similar tools.
• Develop automated data prep workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Coordinate contract resources across multiple projects and align with timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI activities.
• Document BI processes and workflows for sustainability.
