Job summary

RxVantage is seeking a BI Analyst to analyze customer use cases and business objectives to inform analytics and BI. The role partners with stakeholders to define metrics, develop dashboards, and deliver data-powered insights across life sciences and healthcare domains.

You will own Tableau dashboards, ensure metric consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions while adhering to RxVantage security standards and development processes.

Qualifications

• Experience defining metrics and visualization requirements.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements.
• Knowledge building scalable BI dashboards in Tableau.
• Familiarity with data sources and domains in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs and logic.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
• Produce documentation for business intelligence dashboards.Ensure consistency in metric names, calculations, and delivery.
• Demonstrate SME regarding data relevant to RxVantage use cases.
• Gain insights into life sciences and healthcare to tailor dashboards.
• Build scalable, performant BI solutions for internal analytics needs.
• Manage a Jira backlog of user requests and communicate status.
• Comply with RxVantage Tableau security framework.
