Jobgether SRL seeks a BI professional to design and maintain dashboards that support customer experience strategy and operational decisions. You will translate business questions into visual structures and define metrics, comparisons, and drill-down paths before development.

You will build dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, digital adoption, and CX indicators such as NPS and CSAT, delivering intuitive visuals with clear hierarchy and interactive features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in BI development or related field.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of visualization principles, UX, and interactive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visuals supporting customer experience strategy and decision-making.
• Translate business questions into visual structures with metrics, comparisons, and drill-down paths.
• Build dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, digital adoption, and CX metrics (NPS, CSAT).
