Job summary

RxVantage is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze customer use cases and business objectives, delivering data-powered insights and Tableau dashboards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, gather requirements, and ensure consistency across reports.

The role supports RxVantage life science and sales organizations with scalable BI solutions and security-compliant dashboards.

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into analytics.
Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs and logic.
Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
Produce documentation for business intelligence dashboards per RxVantage standards.
Ensure consistency in metric names, calculations, and definitions across dashboards.
Demonstrate SME regarding data domains, sources, and use cases.
Tailor dashboards to meet life sciences, healthcare provider, and pharma use cases.
Build scalable, performant BI solutions to address internal analytics needs.
Manage Jira backlog of user requests and communicate progress and delivery dates.
Comply with RxVantage Tableau security framework.
