Job summary

Refresco is seeking a dedicated production associate for our Texas operations. The role focuses on adhering to GMPs, safety protocols and quality procedures while supporting a high-speed beverage production line.

You will read production schedules, monitor equipment, and help maintain efficient flows, with opportunities to train new staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow SQF and HACCP quality procedures and address inquiries.
• Read and follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and assist with equipment upkeep/maintenance.
• Record downtime and quality data accurately and keep proper records.
• Assist in training new employees and support cross-training.
