Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a warehouse/production worker to support daily manufacturing operations.

You will adhere to GMPs, wear required PPE, read schedules, manage materials, and assist with sanitation and equipment changes. Responsibilities include monitoring production flow, communicating deviations, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to improve quality and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and wear the required PPE while in the warehouse or production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and food safety standards (e.g., SQF) as provided by corporate, customer, or governing bodies.
• Read, understand, and follow a production manufacturing schedule and communicate issues or deviations.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Follow Quality Assurance and Production SOPs, and perform equipment changeovers with ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
• Record information for production and quality records; maintain downtime reports and documentation.
• Perform equipment and general sanitation in the work area as assigned by leadership.
• Work with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Identify production or machine issues from visual and auditory cues and perform minor maintenance.
• Cross-train, perform general and plant sanitation, inventory management, training, and other duties as assigned.
