Job summary

Travel in the assigned geography and operate under limited supervision while maintaining equipment and vehicle, inventory, and safety standards. The role requires 2–4 years of appliance repair experience, proficiency with SAP CONA, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of diagnosis and repair experience on consumer/commercial appliances.
• 1–2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF readers on mobile devices.
• Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex fountain and beverage equipment and determine parts and labor needed.
• Travel to customer locations within the assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after each service call.
• Document travel, labor, and parts usage with handheld device.
• Check in/out equipment and materials accurately.
• Maintain inventory of parts ($30–$35K value) and keep vehicle organized and safe.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
• Support other team members as assigned.
