Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca-Cola beverage equipment at customer sites across the assigned geography.

You will service fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, and related systems, ensuring timely repairs and high customer satisfaction. This role requires 2–4 years of appliance diagnostics experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
• 1–2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex fountain machine equipment and related beverage gear.
• Travel to and from customer locations within assigned area.
• Interact professionally with customers, management, and peers.
• Document travel, labor, and parts using handheld device.
• Maintain parts inventory and keep vehicle organized and clean.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
