Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca‑Cola beverage equipment at customer sites in the Tempe area.

You will service fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, and related equipment, with installation, removal, and on‑site repairs performed under limited supervision. Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2–4 years in appliance repair, 1–2 years beverage service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience diagnosing & repairing appliances.
• 1-2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP CONA, Outlook, and PDF reader on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex fountain and beverage equipment; determine parts and materials needed and perform repairs.
• Travel to and from customer locations within assigned area.
• Interact professionally with customers, management, and associates.
• Document travel, labor and materials using handheld device.
• Check in and out equipment and maintain inventory.
