Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair beverage equipment at customer sites across the assigned geography. You will handle fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems, and related gear, with travel and hands-on maintenance as required.

The role requires 2+ years in appliance repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with CFC certification preferred. Expect variable shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances.
• 1+ years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed.
• Move or remove equipment as required.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Document travel, labor, and materials for each activity using handheld device.
• Maintain inventory and a clean, organized vehicle.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and other duties.
