Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Coca-Cola beverage equipment for customers in Colorado. You will service fountain dispensers, coolers, vendors, and payment systems with limited supervision and regular travel across the region.

The role requires 2+ years of appliance repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. CFC refrigeration certification is preferred; proficiency with SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and iOS PDF

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
• 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
• 1+ years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment to determine work and parts needed.
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Document travel, labor, and materials using handheld devices.
• Maintain parts inventory and a clean, safe vehicle.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
