Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to visit customers in the assigned geography, diagnose and repair Coca-Cola beverage equipment, including dispensers, coolers, and vending systems.

The role covers transportation, installation/removal when needed, and requires working under limited supervision. Schedule is 6:00am to 2:30pm, Mon–Fri, with opportunities to advance as part of a large team serving 13 states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances.
• 1-2 years beverage service technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF readers on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs.
• Travel to and from customer locations within assigned area.
• Interact effectively with customers, management, and associates.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after service calls.
• Document travel, labor, and materials for each activity using handheld devices.
