Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive field service or related experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of field service operations and customer support practices.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and execute advanced field service activities including installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Serve as primary on-site representative during critical service events or outages.
• Balance safety, service quality, customer needs, and operational risk in field actions.
• Communicate service plans, findings, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor peers, share best practices, and contribute to training materials.
• Document service records accurately and analyze data for improvements.
