Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises seeks a Sr. Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, and support our commercial BESS systems in the field and remotely.

The role involves leading site activities, working with 3rd party contractors, and providing detailed reporting to Engineers and Managers. Candidates should be able to travel up to 100% domestically and internationally, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years field experience in Electrical/Electronics/Power electronics preferred.
• Electrical safety training NFPA70E or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze BESS and third-party products in the field.
• Use Field Service and Work Order tools to update information.
• Write reports and train customers on system functionality.
• Develop detailed knowledge of Eos products and third-party products.
