Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on BESS or power systems.
- Expert knowledge of BESS configurations, Li-ion batteries, BMS, and grid interconnection.
- Proficiency with NEC, IEEE, IBC, NFPA and utility standards.
- Experience with PSS/E, PSCAD, and modeling tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for BESS engineering scopes, guiding project teams.
- Lead design and engineering of BESS while ensuring contract compliance.
- Review feasibility studies and site assessments for optimal configurations.
- Collaborate across electrical, civil, SCADA, and HV scopes.
- Manage Engineers of Record and partners for timely delivery.
- Provide technical oversight during procurement and reviews.
