Job summary

KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and seeks a senior commercial leader to drive BESS growth. You will originate and close utility-scale EPC contracts with developers and off-takers, shaping pricing and contracting while coordinating with Engineering, Procurement and PMO.

You will also lead AI-enabled energy solutions discussions to improve revenue stacking and LCOE, and represent the company at industry events across SE Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Sales or BD within Energy, EPC or Renewables.
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS preferred; related fields valued.
• Experience closing long-cycle B2B contracts and building pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy or related field; Master a plus.
• Fluency in English and Greek; willing to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Map regional storage landscape and build a prioritized pipeline.
• Run opportunities end to end from qualification to signature.
• Shape pricing and contracting models for EPC and BoP scopes.
• Translate CAPEX/EPC metrics into investor-ready narratives.
• Lead AI and dispatch optimisation conversations affecting revenue.
• Track tender schedules, grid terms and competitor positioning.
• Maintain CRM discipline and reliable weighted forecasts.
• Represent KIEFER TEK at conferences, tenders and investor events.
