Job summary

NexaMotion Group in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a seasoned Benefits professional to lead health, welfare, and retirement programs across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. You will translate complex regulations into practical, scalable solutions for leaders and employees.

You'll partner with brokers, carriers, and HRIS platforms to drive compliance, optimize plans, and deliver a superior employee experience while building robust processes and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/Benefits experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF, TRIM, Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms, including ADP.
• Experience supporting multi-state or multinational workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and continuous improvement of health, welfare, and retirement programs across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Partner with brokers and retirement record keepers to optimize plans.
• Manage enrollments and educate team members.
• Ensure ERISA compliance and regulatory filings.
• Handle leave, ADA accommodations, workers' comp, and unemployment programs.
• Streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support PTO policies and practices.
