Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a Benefits Senior Analyst to support the U.S. and Canadian benefits team in designing, developing, and implementing employee benefits programs including health, welfare, wellness, time off, and retirement plans.

You will provide excellent service to employees, manage benefit data in HRIS (notably Workday), and help ensure compliance, reporting, and open enrollment activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 5+ years Benefits Administration.
• Excellent Excel skills with pivot and lookup proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday strongly preferred) and payroll systems.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and administration of U.S. benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness.
• Serve as a liaison to insurance carriers for claims issues and concerns.
• Support benefit functionality in People systems and generate ongoing reports.
• Maintain benefits content on intranet and plan documents, summaries, and policies.
• Assist in compliance efforts with program managers and audits.
• Participate in market data surveys to assess competitive positioning.
• Work with Workday to manage benefits and changes.
• Reconcile billing statements and monitor vendor payments with monthly audits.
• Produce reports and analyses; assist with open enrollment activities.
