Job summary

Nissan seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst in Franklin, TN to drive strategic analysis and governance of employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada. This role partners with HR leadership, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective Total Rewards programs.

You will analyze market trends, utilization, and regulations, and act as a fiduciary steward protecting participant interests while enhancing employee wellness and financial security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of benefits administration experience in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of applicable benefit regulations (ERISA, ACA, etc.).
• Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants and third-party admins.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis of market trends to improve wellness plans and design.
• Manage health, retirement and wellness benefit programs with stakeholders.
• Ensure fiduciary oversight and compliance across programs.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reviews and plan documentation.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection and contract administration.
