Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in benefits and total rewards.
• Prior experience leading benefits and/or retirement plan audits.
• Comfortable presenting to employee groups and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all employee benefits programs including medical, dental, and wellness offerings.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on benefits strategy and plan design.
• Own the annual open enrollment process including renewals and vendor negotiations.

Skills

Strong understanding of self-funded benefit plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
