Qualifications

• Experience administering automated benefit self-service programs.
• Experience with Lawson HRIS, Crystal Reports and MS Add-ins preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and analytical support for development, design, implementation and administration of benefit programs.
• Monitor benefit trends and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Coordinate benefit integration projects and support delivery and communication of programs.
• Utilize automated system solutions and process re-engineering to improve programs.
