Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field or equivalent experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience in human services programs.
• Knowledge of public assistance programs and related regulations.
• Experience using state human services systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff engaged in determining eligibility for public benefits.
• Train and develop staff; monitor case management services.
