You will combine relationship management, consultative expertise, and proactive support to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The role emphasizes implementation of benefits solutions, SME guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client service/interface or systems integration environment.
• WFN experience required.
• Benefit Administration and Configuration
• PTO Configuration
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's benefits solutions and help clients use payroll products.
• Serve as the subject matter expert to optimize system configurations and upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention with timely solution delivery.
• Resolve issues with initiative and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with client project teams and internal ADP groups, possibly coaching others.
