Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Senior Manager of Benefits Operations to lead the U.S. Benefits Administration and drive operational excellence within the U.S. Business Shared Services team.

This role will partner with leadership to ensure compliant, scalable, and high‑quality benefits service delivery for a large employee population. The role requires five or more years in benefits administration, strong process improvement skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and Open Enrollment cycles.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive Benefits Administration experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of leading projects, initiatives, or teams.
• Experience administering complex health and retirement benefits programs.
• Experience managing Open Enrollment.
• Experience with benefits reporting and analytics.
• Experience partnering with third‑party vendors.
• Strong process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational oversight of Benefits Administration.
• Learn and understand every operational process performed by the Benefits team.
• Serve as the operational partner to the Director of Benefits.
• Ensure consistent execution of all benefits administration activities.
• Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create, maintain, and standardize operating procedures (SOPs).
• Eliminate manual processes where appropriate.
• Develop operational controls and quality assurance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and service delivery.
• Develop process documentation and operational metrics.
• Establish regular operational reviews.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee administration of all Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability benefits, FSA, HSA, and Open Enrollment.
• Manage third‑party benefit vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements.
• Lead vendor issue resolution.
• Participate in vendor negotiations.
• Ensure accountability for service delivery.
• Analyze benefits utilization.
• Monitor operational metrics.
• Develop executive reporting.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support data-driven decision-making.
