Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead benefits operations, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships. This role focuses on administration and execution of established benefit programs with strategic HR leadership oversight.

You will supervise the Benefits Coordinator, drive open enrollment, educate employees on plan options, and coordinate communications across HR, payroll, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in progressive employee Benefits administration.
• Experience supervising or leading benefits staff.
• Proven success planning open enrollment in multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer all non-compensation employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement/401(k), leave, wellness, voluntary benefits).
• Serve as escalation point for complex benefits inquiries, claims issues, and coverage questions.
• Partner with payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate benefits data and carrier feeds.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators; monitor SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor renewals, implementations, and audit support; validate invoices.
