Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of benefits experience including administration, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience managing benefits programs, vendors, compliance, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Benefits Strategy: Evaluate and enhance offerings for competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and compliance.
• Benefits Administration & Operations: Manage international benefit programs, including health plans, retirement programs, life and disability insurance, wellness, leave, and country-specific benefits.
• Vendor & Broker Management: Manage relationships with global brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators; monitor service levels.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure programs comply with local regulations, employment laws, tax requirements, and reporting; monitor changes.
• Employee Experience & Communications: Maintain clear materials; collaborate with regional teams; support onboarding and life-event processes.
• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare leadership presentations and support budgeting/forecasting.
