Job summary

TBS is seeking a Senior Benefits Operations Analyst to support administration of US health and welfare programs for a workforce of 22,000+. The role partners with COEi and the HR workstreams to ensure accurate enrollment, vendor coordination, and data-driven improvement of benefit delivery.

The candidate will manage retirement and enrollment processes, resolve escalations, and contribute to portal optimization and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• US benefits experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA.
• Experience with Retirement plans and funding requirements.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of health and welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA).
• Lead retirement administration and funding requirements.
• Co-manage Annual Enrollment operations.
• Administer tuition and wellness reimbursement programs.
• Resolve escalations from HR partners with urgency and clarity.
• Use data to improve portal content and service delivery.
• Coordinate plan updates with HR partners and vendors.
• Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.
